Absolutely not! Proudly, all of our work is performed in-house by our Specialists here in the U.S.A. Standard English formats are used when completing your documents. Your customers or clients will be handled by English-speaking individuals who clearly articulate words and have a pure understanding and full command of the English language.
HOW WILL MY WORK BE HANDLED IF I AM ON A RETAINER PLAN?
Our clients on retainer plans experience the sanity of having a professional handle their everday, mundane tasks for them. With retainer plans, your Specialist blocks out your repetitive tasks on a schedule, serving as a representative of your company. She answers your calls, responds to your emails, type your letters, handles your customers and whatever else you need her to do. At the end of the day or week, you'll receive a report of everything handled by your Specialist. You will aslo have the option of having a "Touch-Base Call" where you and your Specialist will review the previous week or special upcoming task instructions.
IF WE'RE NOT IN THE SAME PLACE, HOW WILL THIS WORK?
Working with OnTask Assistants™ doesn’t require you to be in the same space together. We answer phones for clients in Canada and balance books for a business in Washington D.C. We even do background screening for two organizations in California and we are in Kissimmee, FL. We provide their services virtually (via internet, fax, phone, Skype®, Fed Ex, UPS and U.S. Mail) so there’s never a need for additional office space, furniture, equipment, benefits, taxes or anything else that’s associated with hiring full-time staff.
DO I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PRIVACY OR CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUES?
OnTask Assistants™ has spent years cultivating a reputation for excellence and good ethical judgment. All members of the OnTask Assistants™ team are sworn in to abide by these standards. They are educated to understand the importance of sound and ethical business practice as well as urgency in the matters of our clients. Before any work is commenced, both parties are required to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation, Non-Competition, and Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct Agreements.
